Amazon Prime Big Deal Days 2026 takes place on Tuesday 6 October and Wednesday 7 October 2026 in the UK. The 48-hour event is available to Amazon Prime members
This is just going to be a fairly quick entry with some links to my storefront and some quick information alongside some of the early deals I have managed to find so far. It’s currently 17th September as I write this and I will add more to this as find it.
Some of these will expire prior to the Prime Big Deals Day officially launching, so be quick and grab yourself some bargains!

There’s a lot of stuff to be had and some decent bargains, many of which will make ideal Christmas gifts for Photographers. Let’s take a look.

This is a solid tripod for the price, and would make a great present for a beginner photographer.
Aodelan WTR2 Intervalometer: £36.29 20% off
This is a great little piece of kit, which I really love and have owned for a couple of years. You can read my review of it here.

As we’re walking around a lot as landscape photographers, things will start to shake loose. This handy little tool weighs next to nothing and is super strong. I haven’t come across any piece of photography gear that I can’t tighten/adjust with this and it comes everywhere with me.

Ok, so this one is probably more the videographers/vloggers amongst you, but this shock absorber arm is a great way to add some variety to your shots by mounting an action cam to your car and having some of the bumps in the road smoothed out!

This one is just for the Canon shooters, but having an extra/spare speed light is always handy, and it’s always nice to grab one whilst there is a bit of money off! Hurry on this one though, it’s a limited time deal.
Rotring Mechanical Pencil £21.89
Bear with me on this one it seems like I am just shoehorning it in, but I always have a mechanical pencil in my big and this one functions well and looks great. It’s a solid, sleek looking pen and pairs well with a Field Notes book making those location notes a dream to take.

This one is a little bit more niche and a move away from stuff that is exclusively for landscape photographers, but the Neewer 5-in-1 reflector is a great addition to the studio photographer’s arsenal, especially if you’re shooting products or people. You get a section of diffusion material, a gold and silver reflector, a white reflector and a black reflector for creating some negative fill - all for less than £30!
K&F Concept V-Mount Batteries - £110 29% OFF

Smallrig Video Tripod £84.91 - 22% OFF
This is one that’s more for people who shoot video, rather than photographers looking for a conventional stills tripod. The SmallRig AD-50Lite uses a 360° fluid head, making it much better suited to smooth pans and controlled camera movements when filming. It can support up to around 5kg, so there’s plenty of capacity for a mirrorless or DSLR body with a decent-sized lens and accessories attached.
Despite being designed as a proper video tripod, it weighs around 2.8kg and folds down to approximately 79cm, so it’s still reasonably manageable if you’re working on location. The working height extends from roughly 75cm to 158cm, and it also includes hidden spiked feet for working on less forgiving ground.
If you’re starting to shoot more video and want something significantly more practical than trying to pan smoothly with a photography ball head, this is well worth considering.
